Minos Nikolakakis - DIRECTOR, PRODUCER , SCREENWRITER
Minos Nikolakakis was born in Athens in 1980. His films have participated in international festivals (including LA Shorts Fest, Cinemed Montpellier, Uppsala and Flickers Fest), had a theatrical release and received awards. Some of them were supported by the Greek National Broadcasting Company ERT SA. His short “The attic” screened in Egbert Baqué Contemporary Art Gallery Berlin: David Bowie Exhibition. They have been used as a teaching medium in seminars he did in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Fine Arts, Film Studies. He has also co-produced documentaries. He is a graduate of the University of Patras, department of civil engineering and worked as one to support his passion for film making. He is currently in development of his first feature ‘Entwined’ that received the CineLink award of the pack-and-pitch program of the 2014 Sarajevo’s fest Talent lab.
